The Venue comes with 12,10 ft round tables, 6, 6 ft rectangular tables, 2 cocktail tables and 2 sweetheart tables, 120 white chairs and all table linens, and decor as it is in place. This beautiful one of a kind venue has several areas where the couple may choose to be married, whether it is on the side lawn where the benches are or on either of the outdoor patios or even in the front yard and we have had indoor weddings also.AND.....that is not all...there is a Studio Cabin built in 2023 located on the property also. The little cabin is utilized by both the Bride and Groom This Popular area Venue is also booked with weddings for the remainder of 2023, most of 2024 is full and 2 weddings in 2025 that will be given to the new owner to fulfill.
